Delaney Barber Kwon
Delaney brings a strong dedication to climate action and a passion for advocacy to her role as Community and Government Affairs Manager at ICV. Before coming to ICV, Delaney was the Energy and Climate Manager at Hoosier Environmental Council and a two term McKinney Climate Fellow working with the City of Indianapolis and the City of Fishers. With these roles, she has developed and nurtured her skills as an environmental advocate, educator, and implementer in Indiana.
Delaney received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Sustainability Certificate from Purdue University. Delaney continued her studies in the Hoosier state with a Master in Public Affairs in Environmental and Natural Resource Management from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
